A person carrying shopping bags through a store

We spent a day shadowing three Heroes through the small, unglamorous tasks that keep a city moving. This is what the errand economy actually looks like.

A morning of pickups

Parcels, prescriptions, and a forgotten laptop charger — before lunch our first Hero had closed six quests across three neighbourhoods, each one someone's small emergency solved.

The value of showing up

None of these tasks were hard. All of them required a person to physically be there. That reliability, repeated thousands of times a day, is the product.
