Key Responsibilities 📌 Plan and support events: venues, suppliers, guest lists, and on-the-day setup 📌 Organise training and corporate visit programmes: itineraries, transport, venues, and participant materials 📌 Support partnership projects: track progress, prepare documents, and follow up on deadlines 📌 Maintain project timelines, trackers, and files 📌 Be on site during events and programmes

Minimum 1 year of experience in events, hospitality, travel, or project coordination 📌 Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure 📌 Strong written and spoken English skills 📌 Available for some evenings and weekends during events 📌 Eligible to work in Singapore
