I am looking for female Physical Therapists in the Philippines to participate in a qualitative research study. Task Description: - Participate as a subject/respondent in a one-on-one semi-structured interview. - Share experiences, perspectives, challenges, and strategies as a female PT working as a coach in a male-dominated fitness center. - The interview will last approximately 30-60 minutes and will be conducted online. - The overall time commitment will involve multiple sessions spread over a few days or weeks. Skills and Experience Required: - Must be a female Physical Therapist registered in the Philippines (PTRP). - Currently working as a coach, fitness coach, or personal trainer in a fitness center/gym. - Experience working in a predominantly male coaching environment. - Direct experience working with clients and/or other fitness professionals in this setting.
