I am looking for a defect checker for an HDB flat (BTO or resale). Task Description: - Conduct thorough defect checks on both the interior and exterior areas of the property. - Provide a concise report listing major defects with brief descriptions. - Coordinate access with building management or the developer's representative. - Pay special attention to cracks in walls, ceiling, and flooring.
