I am looking for a Full Time Kitchen Helper / Assistant for a KL Cafe to support daily kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food preparation and hygiene. Task Description: - Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, basic cooking, and plating. - Support the kitchen team across various stations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Adhere strictly to HALAL standards and proper hygiene practices, including FIFO (First In, First Out). - Participate in the full operational flow, from opening and daily prep to service, catering assistance, and closing duties. Skills and Experience Required: - Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. - Ability to multitask and rotate between different kitchen stations efficiently. - Strong understanding and adherence to HALAL standards and food safety protocols. - Basic cooking skills and experience with food preparation techniques. Preferably local, male/female is fine, 7am-5pm weekdays only schedule. RM1800 - RM2000 (depending on experience)
