Ashvin Das & Associates is seeking a motivated Financial Consultant to join our team in Singapore. We offer comprehensive support including agency-provided leads, sponsored qualifying exams and retakes, a monthly allowance (up to 24 months, subject to targets) alongside commission, and hands-on mentorship. Your role will involve connecting with clients to understand their financial goals, providing suitable insurance and financial planning solutions, building lasting relationships and conducting regular policy reviews. We are looking for Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents, aged 21 and above, with a polytechnic diploma, IB diploma, GCE A Levels (at least three H2 and two H1 passes), or an accepted equivalent qualification. Ideal candidates enjoy meeting people, are excellent communicators, motivated, willing to learn, and receptive to coaching.
