ABOUT THE COMPANY: We are an international trade & sourcing company dealing in Global Commodities - Metals, Minerals, Energy, Agriculture & Food. Products: Copper Ore, Sulfur, Coal, Iron Ore, Gold, Aluminum, Rice, Palm Oil, Soybean, Meat, etc. We have international partner suppliers and direct allocation. We are building an elite small team of 5 Hybrid Closers (sourcing & buying) and need 1 General Manager to lead them. ROLE: General Manager - Small Commodity Trading Team RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. TEAM MANAGEMENT (5 people): - Lead and manage 5 closers (sourcing & buying) - Daily verification of leads - check if buyer/supplier is REAL direct, not broker chain - Verify buyer docs: BCL + LOI, Supplier docs: FCO + Proof of Product / Allocation - Assign products per closer, set daily targets (5 contacts/day each) - Daily internal report: qualified leads, pipeline status, fake leads filtered - Recommend hiring/firing based on performance 2. CONTRACTS & DOCUMENTATION: - Draft, review, manage trade documents: LOI, ICPO, BCL, FCO, NCNDA, IMFPA, SPA, SBLC, DLC, MT103 - Ensure commission protection is included in IMFPA for company and team - Organize documents in Google Drive - Supplier Database, Buyer Database, Deal Pipeline - Maintain standard procedure compliance 3. COMPLIANCE & KYC: - Verify authenticity of BCL (bank verification), SBLC/DLC (real vs fake/cloned) - Perform KYC: company docs, business license verification - Sanctions & compliance check - Maintain CIS/KYC records 4. DEAL CLOSING SUPPORT: - Join calls with serious buyers/sellers to move from LOI to SPA stage - Support negotiation on
