I am looking for a Learning Support Assistant for a Kumon learning centre, specifically to assist students with Math worksheets and concepts. Task Description: - Support students during classes, including reviewing completed work and introducing new concepts. - Mark and organize worksheets, ensuring accuracy and completion of daily assignments. - Guide students, encourage independent learning, and monitor their progress. - Assist with twice-a-week centre operations. Skills and Experience Required: - Experience in supporting students with math concepts, preferably within a Kumon framework. - Ability to maintain a patient and structured approach to help students with focus challenges. - Strong organizational skills for managing worksheets and student progress. - Experience in a learning centre environment is a plus.
