Description

I am looking for a Mystery Shopper to evaluate a budding startup focused on healthcare team well-being. Task Description: - Conduct phone call interactions with the startup's key person, focusing on aspects including but not limited to their potential for scalability, disruptiveness, and current business partnerships. - Engage in observation and interaction at a few touchpoints over a long period, without needing to purchase their software. - Provide consistent follow-up feedback over these touchpoints to assess the startup's progress and effectiveness. Skills and Experience Required: - Strong interest in workplace wellbeing, current healthcare team worker preferred (either public or private). - Ability to maintain discretion and not reveal your role as a mystery shopper while interacting with the startup. - Must have a LinkedIn account to connect with the key person. - Ability to commit to consistent follow-up over multiple touchpoints long-term. - Bonus: able to generate your own evaluation metrics.
