I am looking for a Personal Assistant for 3 days to assist the CEO during the Yalla Commerce event in Kuala Lumpur, from 21-23 September 2026. Task Description: - Provide highly reliable and hands-on support to the CEO for approximately 10 hours per day, managing personal and event-related tasks as they arise. - Collaborate closely with the CEO each morning to plan the day, prioritize communications, and ensure seamless execution of the event. - Manage the CEO's personal belongings, event materials, and handle logistics such as deliveries, bookings, and guest coordination. - Proactively anticipate needs, respond quickly to last-minute requests, and solve small problems on the spot with high autonomy. Skills and Experience Required: - Extremely hands-on, responsive, quick, and comfortable taking instructions and switching between tasks in a fast-paced event environment. - Highly organized, discreet, trustworthy, and able to remain calm under pressure. - Physically comfortable walking around and being on their feet for long hours, with the ability to assist with a wide range of personal and event-related tasks.
