Description

Looking for a long term balloon artist on the team. We’re looking for a creative, reliable person to bring our party décor concepts to life! Job scope • Create balloon garlands and arches based on an agreed theme, colour palette and reference images. • Estimate balloon quantities and prepare the materials needed for each setup. • Coordinate foamboard backdrop printing, collection and delivery where required. • Install and secure balloons, backdrops and stands safely, especially around children. • Complete styling before guests arrive and make final adjustments for a polished finish. • Handle teardown, clear used materials and pack reusable props after events. Who we’re looking for • SOME Experience creating balloon garlands and installing backdrops independently. • A good eye for colours, proportions and finishing details. • Responsible, punctual and able to work within an agreed budget. • Available for weekend events and comfortable with physical setup work. I’ll handle customer enquiries and the overall creative direction. You’ll manage the practical preparation, setup and teardown.
