I need someone who has proven experience in baking pastries especially croissants, tarts, and pies. You can be a skilled self taught home baker, worked in a bakery, or went to culinary school. It doesn't matter as long as you can present proven experience in creating the mentioned pastries. I just need someone to assist me to make these for personal stock in the freezer. 1. You'll be making 10 raw croissants, 5 tart shells, 2 half sized pie crusts. 2. Ingredients and recipe will be provided. 3. The task may take 3 hours at most. 4. Snacks will be provided.
