Description

We are seeking a creative Freelance Training Gamification Specialist to gamify selected components of our corporate training programs (Professional Communication, Protocol & Etiquette, Government Engagement, Procurement, Professional Development). The project involves transforming training modules into engaging, interactive activities, ranging from simple quizzes/polls to complex gamified simulations and scenario-based learning. While primarily for a pilot, the specialist must ensure activities are professional, practical, and aligned with adult learning objectives. No specific compliance or platform integration requirements beyond general best practices. Deliverables include developing quizzes, challenges, simulations, interactive assessments, recommending platforms, and incorporating elements like points, badges, leaderboards. A key output will be ready-to-use, editable gamification templates for our internal team. We require proven experience in gamification, instructional design, or interactive learning, familiarity with tools like Kahoot!, Mentimeter, Genially, H5P, Articulate, and the ability to convert existing materials into interactive experiences.
