descriptionDescription

I am looking for a Music Orchestra Arranger to re-orchestrate an existing orchestral work for a college student animated short film. Task Description: - Re-orchestrate an existing orchestral work, specifically a mixed-up version of "Rhapsody in Blue." - Arrange for a full symphony orchestra (strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion) in a classical or traditional orchestral style. - Work primarily from conceptual ideas and basic melodies, aiming for a feel similar to Libor Pesek and the Slovak National Philharmonic Orchestra's recording of "Rhapsody in Blue." - Produce the orchestral feel using software, with the ability to involve a live band being a significant advantage. Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in orchestral arrangement, particularly re-orchestration of classical works. - Proficiency in music production software capable of creating realistic orchestral sounds. - Strong understanding of classical orchestration and the ability to replicate specific orchestral styles. - Experience working with existing melodies and conceptual ideas to develop full orchestral arrangements.
