Part-Time Personal Assistant & Photographer (Freelance, Flexible Arrangement) Location: Singapore | Hybrid (Approx. 4 hours in-person/week, remainder remote) Monthly Fee: SGD 600–1,000 (with potential for increment based on performance and scope) Key Responsibilities 1. Personal Assistant Tasks - Assist with planning and coordinating small events - Make bookings and reservations - ⁠Research on topics of interest e.g AI, Agents, Tech - Support other ad-hoc administrative tasks as reasonably requested 1. Personal Photographer / Videographer - Take photos and film short-form videos (e.g. lifestyle content). iPhone 16 Pro Max provided. - Must have a strong eye for styling and content aesthetics - Edit content into engaging short videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok - Research viral reels, trends, and hooks, and incorporate them into content strategy Work Arrangement - Approx. 4 hours of in-person work per week - All editing, research, and prep work may be completed remotely Compensation - Monthly fee of SGD 600–1,000 - Fee may be reviewed periodically with potential for increment, based on quality of work and expanded responsibilities - Freelance engagement Requirements - Females only, as the role involves close personal interaction with a female client - Based in Singapore with flexible weekly availability - Strong creative instincts with ability to style, shoot, and edit content independently
