I already have a detailed content calendar, scripts and shot lists prepared. I mainly need someone to execute the filming and photography based on the briefs. The scope for the remaining September to October calendar is: • 30 short vertical video concepts • Videos will be approximately 12 to 30 seconds each after editing • 6 Instagram carousel concepts • 1 flexible event post that can be a Reel or photo carousel • A bank of approximately 40 to 50 edited photos • At least 100 usable short B-roll clips of classes, coaches, members, the gym and community moments • Footage will also be repurposed for TikTok, Instagram Stories and 8 Meta ads I’m thinking of arranging three planned shoot sessions, covering adult classes, Ladies and kids classes, coach demonstrations, interviews and general gym footage. There may also be separate short coverage required for two specific events. All videos should be filmed vertically in 9:16, preferably in 4K, with clear audio for speaking portions. I’ll provide the content briefs, scripts, people required and shot sequence. Could you provide two quotations: 1. Filming and photography with all raw footage handed over 2.
