I need an electrician or handyman to replace 3 faulty LED ceiling lights at my condominium unit in Res 280, Selayang. The job involves inspecting the existing lights, removing one as a sample, and purchasing matching replacements from Cima Lighting Selayang or a nearby lighting store if the same design is unavailable. The replacement lights should be as similar as possible to the existing design and use Daylight White (6500K) lighting. Once the replacement lights are purchased, they will need to be installed and tested to ensure they are working properly. This is a straightforward light-for-light replacement and only requires basic electrical or handyman skills. Please bring a ladder and basic tools such as a screwdriver, wire stripper/cutter, and electrical tape. The lights are easily accessible using a standard ladder. Please coordinate directly with my tenant regarding access and timing. If the exact light design is not available, feel free to purchase a similar alternative of comparable quality and price, as these are standard LED ceiling lights. The cost of the replacement lights will be reimbursed upon submission of the receipt.
