We’re looking for Secret Shoppers! 🛍️ Like shopping and noticing the details? We’d love your honest opinion on what it’s like to shop at our retail stores. What you’ll do 1. Visit one of our stores and shop like you normally would 2. Pick a product or feature that catches your eye and ask our team about it 3. Notice how you’re treated: are the staff friendly, do they know the product, are they actually helpful? 4. After your visit, fill in a short online form with what you saw and how it felt 5. No need to buy anything. Only make a purchase if it comes up naturally in the conversation. You’ll be great at this if you 1. Notice small details and remember them 2. Can give fair, honest feedback (good and bad!) 3. Can write clearly about what happened 4.
