I don't have time to scroll thru property apps and talk to agents. Please help me look for a suitable place to rent in KL. Task Description in order of priority: - I am looking for a fully furnished condominium or apartment for one person. Either 1-2 bedroom or studio is fine. Comfortable and safe. - Budget RM1000-RM2000 rent per month, ideally no downpayment, trusted agent, and ready to move (or within 3-4 months) - The property should ideally be located in the KL City Centre area (eg KLCC, Bukit Bintang). But can consider other prominent areas such as Damansara Heights, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Cheras, etc. - The rental is for my personal residence/living. (Preferred) Skills / Experience: - Some expertise or experience in Kuala Lumpur's rental market, specifically in the KL City Centre. - Strong understanding of rental property types, particularly condominiums and apartments. - Ability to identify properties that are fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. Take as much time as you need, a day, up to a week for a thorough search. You can use AI tools but just get the job done.
