I am looking for a Hero to man a Deepavali clothing booth at ECR Danga Bay Convention Center. Task Description: - Proactively engage with customers, offering styling suggestions and detailed product insights for ready-to-wear garments. - Manage all sales transactions efficiently, handling both cash and digital payments. - Provide excellent customer service, assisting with product inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. - Uphold general Malaysian etiquette in all customer interactions. Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail or fashion environment. - Ability to handle both cash and digital payment systems accurately. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and engaging approach to customer interaction. - Familiarity with ready-to-wear fashion items.
