Looking for a friendly, proactive event promoter to support QuickHR’s booth at SMEs Go Digital Day 2026. Date: Tuesday, 13 October 2026 Location: Suntec Convention Centre, Level 4, Halls 401–403 [WA me your photo at 90814772] Proposed hours: 9am–3pm, including a pre-event briefing. Your role: • Welcome and engage visitors within our booth area. • Distribute brochures and introduce QuickHR’s HR and payroll software. • Encourage interested visitors to scan our QR code and leave their enquiry details. • Connect potential customers with our sales team for product demos. • Assist with booth activities and keep the display tidy. The goal is to attract relevant visitors, capture enquiries and help our sales team start useful conversations. You should be approachable, punctual and confident speaking with business visitors. Event or promoter experience is preferred. No technical knowledge is needed; we’ll brief you beforehand. Dress code: Neat business casual and comfortable, covered shoes. Please share a short introduction, any relevant event experience and your availability for the full shift. Pay and break arrangements will be confirmed before booking.
