Cheers Construction, a Dallas–Fort Worth construction, remodeling, and restoration company, is seeking a professional Event Representative to represent us at High Point in North Carolina for 3 full days. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactively balancing active networking with attendees and exhibitors while collecting comprehensive information, business cards, contacts, and brochures. Responsibilities include attending selected sessions and keynotes, taking detailed notes and photos, and sending a short daily recap by the end of each day. After the event, you will deliver a final report within 3 days, including key takeaways, a contacts list, and follow-up recommendations, with the expectation that this report will be comprehensive and insightful, including strategic analysis. No direct follow-up with contacts is expected; rather, a complete contacts list should be provided. The representative will need to bring their own laptop/tablet for note-taking and photo capture. We are looking for someone based in or near North Carolina, with experience as an event rep, trade show rep, or brand ambassador, strong written English, and confidence networking. Please include your rate for the full 3 days, examples of similar events you’ve attended for a client, and a sample recap or report if available.
