JoyJuice is Hiring: Vending Machine Operations Executive / Manager Company: JoyJuice Position: Vending Machine Operations Executive / Manager Salary: S$2,000–S$4,000 per month, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-time Location: Singapore Transport: Company vehicle provided About JoyJuice JoyJuice operates fresh apple juice vending machines, bringing freshly prepared juice to consumers through convenient, automated vending solutions. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and proactive individual to oversee our day-to-day vending machine operations and support our growing network across Singapore. Job Responsibilities - Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of JoyJuice vending machines and ensure machines are functioning properly and consistently. - Stock Replenishment: Coordinate the collection, transportation and replenishment of fresh apples, cups and other consumables at assigned machine locations. - Machine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, cleaning and sanitisation to maintain machine hygiene, presentation and operational standards. - Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic machine issues, coordinate technical support when required, and follow up on breakdowns to minimise downtime. - Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track usage and wastage, and maintain accurate replenishment and inventory records. - Route Planning: Plan efficient servicing routes to ensure timely replenishment and maintenance across machine locations. - Performance Monitoring: Monitor machine performance, identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency. - Reporting: Provide regular updates on machine conditions, stock levels and outstanding issues. Job Requirements - Possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence. - Comfortable driving between different vending machine locations across Singapore. A company vehicle will be provided. - Responsible, reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Physically fit and comfortable handling cartons of supplies and fresh produce. - Hands-on, practical and willing to perform operational tasks on the ground. - Good organisational, time management and problem-solving skills. - Prior experience in vending machine operations, logistics, F&B, retail operations or equipment servicing is an advantage.
