I am looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our restaurant's front desk. Task Description: - Oversee and manage all daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. - Schedule and manage front desk staff, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal performance. - Maintain a structured approach to decision-making, adhering to established protocols. - Work 6 days a week from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in managing front desk operations, preferably within a restaurant environment. - Strong organizational and staff scheduling skills. - Ability to work within established protocols and guidelines. - Availability to work 6 days a week.
