Description

We are seeking a dedicated Stage Manager & Artist Liaison for the On Time Music Festival, taking place from October 29–31, 2027, in Central Singapore. This role requires a combination of stage management duties and artist liaison tasks, with a strong focus on coordinating between artists and technical crew. The ability to adapt to expected challenges and maintain composure is important, as the role is generally structured with clear protocols. Regular updates and responsive communication with both artists and the event production team are essential. Mandatory proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required to facilitate communication with a diverse group of artists and crew. Significant pre-festival planning and coordination, along with comprehensive post-festival reporting and debriefing, are integral parts of this role. Candidates must have prior experience in stage management and/or artist liaison, be responsible, organised, and able to work effectively in a live music festival environment.
