Description

I am looking for an Urgent Full Time Cashier for a cafe in Kota Damansara. Task Description: - Efficiently handle customer transactions, take orders, and prepare simple beverages and food items, while liaising with the central kitchen. - Manage both opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises. - Conduct daily stock takes to facilitate orders from the central kitchen and assist with baking frozen pastries (training provided). - Maintain cafe cleanliness, including the counter area and occasional tidying of customer seating during slower periods. Skills and Experience Required: - Proficiency in using tablet-based POS systems (e.g., StoreHub, Slurp!, or similar). - Ability to balance speed and politeness during customer interactions, prioritizing accuracy. - Experience with cash handling and reconciliation. - Strong organizational skills for stock taking and order placement. - Some experience as a cashier or service crew is a bonus. - Must be friendly as you will be maintaining rapport with regular customers.
