We are hiring professional VIP ushers to manage and assist distinguished guests throughout Yalla Commerce from 21–23 September 2026. Responsibilities include: • Welcoming VIPs and managing their arrival, registration and check-in • Confirming guest names, access levels, schedules and seating • Preparing and organising badges, guest lists and registration records • Escorting VIPs to the correct areas, sessions, lounges and reserved seating • Coordinating closely with the event, registration and protocol teams • Handling guest requests, schedule changes and administrative tasks promptly • Remaining attentive and available to VIPs throughout the event • Maintaining complete professionalism, discretion and composure at all times

Requirements: Must be available from 21st-23rd this job is for all 3 days • Previous experience in hospitality, VIP guest relations, protocol, hotels or premium events • Comfortable with administrative work, guest lists and basic digital tools • Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills • Highly organised, alert, polite and able to follow instructions accurately • Confident handling senior guests and resolving requests calmly • Formal business attire, professional grooming and a polished appearance are mandatory • Must be punctual and available for the full three days.
