We are looking for a confident and personable Part-Time Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to reach out to prospective clients and help book appointments for financial planning consultations. This is a fully work-from-home role with flexible part-time hours. Quick training, calling scripts, objection-handling guidance, and ongoing support will be provided. Pay: S$12/hour base pay Up to S$18/hour when performance KPIs are met Performance will be measured based on agreed calling and appointment-setting targets Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists - Introduce financial planning services in a professional and friendly manner -Identify prospects who may be interested in: Financial and retirement planning CPF planning and projections Insurance and policy reviews Savings and wealth accumulation - Qualify interested prospects and book appointments - Record call outcomes and update lead information accurately - Follow provided scripts while keeping conversations natural and personable - Maintain professional and compliant communication at all times Requirements - Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to new people - Good spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage Confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style - Able to handle rejection and remain motivated Responsible and consistent with follow-ups Previous telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales experience is not compulsory No prior financial services experience required Quick training and scripts will be provided before you start Able to work independently from home with a stable internet connection and quiet calling environment Working Arrangement 100% Work From Home Part-time Flexible working hours Contact lists, scripts, and calling guidance provided Role Objective The goal is not to sell financial products over the phone. Your role is to start conversations, identify potential interest, and arrange appointments for a financial consultant to conduct the actual consultation.
