I have opted out of OCS so not as many fixtures installed. I am collecting my keys next in end Oct but i haven’t secured a date with HDB. Task Description: - Conduct a comprehensive defect check of the entire 5-room BTO unit in Jurong West. - Utilize appropriate tools to ensure a highly thorough inspection for all potential defects. - Provide a clear, concise list of identified defects that require rectification by the BSC. - Schedule the inspection to occur immediately after key collection, with the owner present and providing access via a number lock.
