I am looking for a Social Media and Content Creation Intern to join The Huat Group, part of Fortitude Assurance Management, to help grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and LinkedIn. Task Description: - Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Lemon8 posts) for various social media platforms. - Develop and propose creative content ideas, transforming real team moments into youth-friendly and authentic content. - Assist with community management by identifying trending topics and user-generated content, while adapting content tone for each platform. - Work independently, with regular check-ins and guidance, to deliver high-quality social media content that adheres to brand and compliance guidelines. Skills and Experience Required: - Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, and LinkedIn, including shooting and editing short videos using tools like CapCut. - A creative eye for engaging content that captures audience attention and a strong understanding of current social media trends. - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a must. - Reliable, deliverables-driven, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently and incorporate feedback.
