Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in affiliate recruitment and management, specifically within the TikTok platform. - Strong analytical skills to identify trending content, evaluate user engagement, and interpret sales and conversion data. - Excellent communication skills, capable of professional and respectful interaction with creators, teammates, and customers, while providing consistent and proactive updates.
