Task Description: - Create engaging short-form video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels) showcasing salon services and beauty trends. - Monitor social media trends and propose innovative content ideas to keep our presence fresh and relevant. - Manage posting across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring a friendly, approachable, and informative tone. - Utilize salon premises for filming and photography, highlighting practical beauty tips and client transformations. Skills and Experience Required: - Proven experience in creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms. - Ability to identify and leverage current social media trends to increase engagement. - Proficiency in using personal equipment for video shooting and editing. - Strong understanding of social media best practices for driving direct bookings and appointments.

Commit up to 20 hours per month, but if you can complete a full month’s content in shorter time, I’m open to fewer working hours, provided all content is delivered. Monthly fixed pay: $400. Must have your own shooting equipment; a high-quality mobile phone is acceptable.
