I am looking for a TikTok Live Moderator to manage and enhance our live e-commerce sessions, primarily focusing on product launches, demonstrations, and sales promotions. Task Description: - Actively moderate TikTok Live sessions, engaging with viewers, answering questions, and encouraging participation to boost engagement. - Proactively manage and remove disruptive viewers or comments to maintain a professional and positive environment. - Maintain a professional, informative, and helpful tone, providing value and addressing product/service-related inquiries. - Adhere to general guidelines and key messages provided, with room for improvisation to ensure dynamic and engaging interactions. Skills and Experience Required: - Experience in live session moderation, particularly within e-commerce or promotional contexts. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. - Ability to think quickly and respond appropriately to a variety of viewer interactions, including difficult situations. - Flexibility to work during typical live hours (8-10 PM / 9-11:30 PM Malaysia Time), with schedules updated in advance.
