1. Coach and inspire individuals of all ages to reach their swimming goals. 2. Conduct one-to-one or group lessons (max 5) 3. lesson planning and conducting 4. Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and a talent for coaching that meets individual’s needs. Requirements: 1. Min commitment 1 Year 2. Able to swim min 2 strokes 3. Coaches are require to travel to client location 4. Available on weekdays and/or weekends 5. passionate, responsible and patient 6. candidates are require to work with children and adults and are responsible for their water safety What You Get: 1. Earn from MIN $35 per lesson (30 or 45 mins) 2. Free In-house coach training or get sponsorship for a coaching license! 3. Students assigned near your area based on your availability. 4. You are able to choose your assignments based on your schedule, but must be able to commit to the assignment long term.
