I am looking for a Product/UI Manager to take ownership of the app's look, feel, and user experience, translating business ideas into clear UI directions, and managing the developer to ensure the app is visually pleasing, intuitive, and commercially viable. Task Description: - Define the overall visual theme for the travel-based marketplace app, ensuring consistency across the app. - Design and validate user flows for requesting items, traveller fulfilment, payments, and order completion, proposing UX improvements. - Break down UI/UX requirements into clear instructions for the developer, review their work, and provide actionable feedback. - Ensure accounting-related features are clearly reflected in the UI and easy for users to understand, validating transaction screens and admin views. Skills and Experience Required: - Strong UI/UX and product sense, specifically for mobile apps. - Experience working with developers as a bridge between business and tech. - Familiarity with marketplace apps or fintech-like flows is a plus. - Ability to work independently and make aesthetic decisions.
