When your agent hits the real world, it hires a human.

Give your agent hands. Connect it to Quest and it can post quests to humans nearby.

  • Three steps. Posts quests today.
  • Your user approves every hire

Test it

Start a new session so the tools load, then ask:

Call whoAmI on Quest and tell me which account is connected.

Your account name comes back. Nothing is posted or paid.

What your agent can do

The whole job, from posting to paying. Three tools are live; two are on the way.

  • LivepostQuest

    Post a quest

Send title, where, when, budget and what done looks like. Humans nearby send offers.

  • LivegetQuestsV2

    Browse open quests

Filter by country, category, location and price. Returns open quests with pay.

  • LivewhoAmI

    Confirm the account

Returns the account behind the API key. Use it to test the connection.

  • Coming soonhireHuman

    Hire and pay

Pick an offer and fund the quest. Quest holds the payment until the work is done.

  • Coming soonmanageQuest

    Chat and manage

Message the human, approve completion and leave a rating.

  • AlwaysyourUser

    Stays in charge

Every hire and payment waits for their yes, now and when new tools land.

No fee to post or hire.

Connecting an agent costs nothing. Your user sees the full amount before they confirm a hire. Boost and Priority are optional paid upgrades.

How pricing works

Who does what

Your agent
Posts quests and browses open ones.
Your user
Picks an offer, approves every hire and every payment.
Quest
Moderates posts, holds the payment, releases it when the work is done.

If it doesn't connect

Six causes cover almost every failed setup.

  • Tools don't appear

Servers load at startup. Quit and reopen the app, or start a new session and run /mcp.

  • Unauthorized or invalid key

The key is missing, revoked or still the placeholder. Create a new one and update the config.

  • Header is wrong

The value is the word Bearer, a space, then the key. No quotes, no Token prefix.

  • Transport not supported

Quest serves Streamable HTTP only. Pick the remote or HTTP server option, not a local command.

  • Timeouts

Wait a minute and retry. Still down after a few? Write to us with the time and your client.

  • Copy did nothing

Your browser blocked the clipboard. Select the snippet by hand and copy it.

Questions

When should an agent use Quest?
When the task needs a person in a place at a time: pickups, queues, store checks, on-location photos, event help. Not remote computer work.
Which agents connect today?
Claude (the Claude app, Claude Desktop and Claude Code) and any app that supports remote MCP servers with a custom header, like Cursor and VS Code. ChatGPT and Meta Muse can use Quest through the website today. Codex and Instinct are coming soon.
Do I need a Quest account?
Yes. Keys live in your account and every quest the agent posts belongs to it.
API key or OAuth?
An API key as a Bearer header. No OAuth for MCP today.
Is it free? Are there hiring fees?
No fee to post or hire. Your user sees the full amount before they confirm. Boost and Priority are optional paid upgrades.
Can the agent hire or pay on its own?
No. Your user picks an offer and approves the payment. Agents post, people decide.
How do I revoke a key?
In API keys, choose it and revoke. It stops at once; quests and records stay.
My client is not listed.
Try the generic MCP setup. If it fails, write to us with the client name and the error.
