Description

I am looking for a Hero to assist with a Money Collections Task, specifically to collect payment for goods or services rendered. Task Description: - Gently remind the client about the outstanding balance (PHP 7,500) and negotiate for payment. - The primary goal is to secure full payment of the principal amount. - Obtain an agreement from the client to settle the amount as soon as possible, or by October 26th. - Secure proof that the client is ready to make the payment for the outstanding balance. Skills and Experience Required: - Proven negotiation and communication skills to secure payment agreements. - Ability to handle sensitive financial discussions with professionalism and discretion. - Experience in collecting payments for goods or services. - Diligence in obtaining and documenting proof of payment readiness.
