I am looking for floor plans of existing commercial or industrial plants for an HVAC design project as part of my engineering undergrad. The plans will be used strictly for academic purposes. Task Description: - Obtain architectural floor plans, including layouts, rooms, dimensions, and material schedule for a commercial or industrial facility. - The facility should have a floor area of at least 5000 sqm. - The plans need to be dimensionally accurate for minor modifications and space planning. - The primary method for obtaining these plans will be by directly contacting facility owners/management for existing documentation. Skills and Experience Required: - Experience in professional communication and negotiation, particularly in requesting sensitive information. - Ability to understand and adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and NDAs. - Familiarity with architectural drawings and the level of detail required for HVAC design. - Understanding of the importance of dimensional accuracy in floor plans for engineering projects.
