💼 Job scope: • Package and serve food and beverages according to operational and hygiene standards • Provide prompt customer service, process orders, and handle customer enquiries or feedback professionally • Operate the POS system, process payments accurately, and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation • Carry out opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and hygienic work area • Support operations by replenishing stock, reporting faulty equipment, and completing ad hoc tasks as assigned • Work closely with the team leader and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations 📅 Dates & timings (TBC): • 13th November (Fri) • 14th November (Sat) • 17th November (Tue)
