I am looking for 8 respondents to participate in my assignment on Code Switching. Task Description: - Recruit 8 participants (4 females, 4 males), with half of each gender under 30 and half above 30 years old. - Conduct short, structured interviews with each respondent to gather brief answers about their code-switching habits. - Prioritize respondents who are proficient in both Malay and English. - The collected data will be used for quantitative analysis of code-switching patterns. Skills and Experience Required: - Experience in recruiting diverse participants based on specific demographic criteria. - Proficiency in conducting structured interviews. - Strong organizational skills to manage participant outreach and data collection. - Understanding of ethical research practices for data collection.
