Good Day! I am looking for participants withing NEGROS OCCIDENTAL for my thesis entitled LIVED EXPERIENCE OF STUDENT-ATHLETES DURING INJURY RECOVERY PURPOSE OF THE RESEARCH This study aims to explore the lived experiences of student-athletes during injury recovery. TYPE OF RESEARCH INTERVENTION Our study will request you to answer a series of questions during an in-depth interview, which will approximately take 40 minutes to an hour. PARTICIPANT SELECTION 1. Being currently enrolled student-athletes at a private college. 2. Having been actively involved in a school sports program before their injury. 3. Having sustained a physical injury in the last six months that led to a temporary break in sports participation. 4. Is currently in recovery or rehabilitation. 5. Is able to move independently to take part in in-depth interview 6. Is willing and able to discuss their recovery experiences, including challenges related to their athletic identity and emotional well-being. The study also applies the following exclusion criteria: 1. Student-athletes who have fully recovered and returned to their sport. 2. Individuals whose injuries did not significantly disrupt their sports participation. 3. Student-athletes with injuries that occurred more than six months ago. 4. Individuals who cannot participate in interviews due to serious physical or medical issues.
